Emily's preschool graduation

It's hard to believe that our little Emily is done with preschool and ready to
head out into the public school system and enter Kindergarten.

It doesn't look like she is very excited about graduation.

She warmed up and loved showing us how all the kids would give
big hugs to their teacher.
 With her teacher, Ellen McKeller.
Showing Mrs. McKeller all the things in her purse.
Emily with her good friend, Chase.
Wouldn't be complete without a picture of Camden.
He'll be next to go to preschool.

Jenna

Our darling little Jenna.
She is growing so fast.
So fun to see her learn and grow.
I think she is about 9 or 10 months old in this picture.

Mother's Day

I've never really been that fond of Mother's Day.  For me it's a day
when I feel very inatequate as a Mother.  As I get older it seems to
be a much more enjoyable day for me.

This year my kids spoiled me rotten. . .
Sam, Hailey and Jenna gave me this beautiful potted plant for my deck.
I love it!  I love the red and yellow, just beautiful.
Jenna gave me this, oh, so cute!
Warms my heart.
Natalie gave me a "Sunshine" box.
The cutest thing I have ever seen!
A box full of yellow things to brighten my day.
I love it too!
Steven, Brooke, Emily, and Camden gave me this beautiful bracelet.
It was attached to the card that is pictured below.

This is the poem that was on the back of the card.

Oh my, isn't that just the cutest thing in the world!
The kids helped pick out all the beads and there is even a bead
with three little kids, one represents each one of my grandkids.
I love all the sparkly beads because I know those are the ones
Emily picked out.
I loved going to school on Monday and showing all the kids there
my new bracelet.

Matt gave me the following letter with a new case for my cell phone.
(Couldn't take a picture of it because it's on my phone and that's
what I'm taking pictures with.  :)  I love it though, it's so cute!

Matt just makes me laugh.
I always tell him that all I want is a nice letter full of nice words and that's
just what he did.

I have the best kids in the world!
I love them ALL with all my heart.

Thanks guys for making my Mother's Day special.

**** I couldn't leave without telling about my Mom.
I feel so blessed to have her in my life.
She truly is my best friend and understands me
like no one else does.
When I grow up I want to be just like her.
I love you Mom and I appreciate all you do
for me and my family.

My new table runner. . .

I bought this kit to make this table runner last year at the Quilt Shop Hop.
I finally got it done!  It was a paper pieced project.  I had never done
that before and I loved it!  I want to do that again sometime.
Anyway, just wanted to share. . . .

Bridger's Home!

One of Matt's best friends, Bridger Hodges, just returned home from his mission
in Frankfort, Germany.  It was so good to see him again.  I love seeing these
boys after their missions, they have all grown so much.  I firmly believe
that a mission is not only to serve other people and to share the gospel
of Jesus Christ but it is also a time for the missionary to grow and progress
in their testimony and in the process, learn a lot about themselves.
What a great bunch of kids, I love them all!

Moab - Spring Break 2013

For Spring Break this year, Wynn and I went to Moab.
It felt so nice to just escape and to be together.
The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the sun so much.
We left on Tuesday and came home on Friday.
Wynn's ward had a closing social on Friday night that
we came home for.

We just rode and played on the RZ for a couple of days.

We love Moab and the beauty there.

Easter Sunday

I just wanted to share some photo's I took on Easter Sunday.

I went to church up at BYU-I with Wynn and enjoyed it so much.
Wynn taught the priesthood/Relief Society combined and then
he also talked in Sacrament Meeting.
He did such a great job, glad I could go and enjoy this
day with him.

My Mom went to California for the blessing of one of her
Great grandson's.  I was so happy she could go but
we sure missed having her here for EAster.

We had the traditional ham and potatoes for dinner and it
was delicious.
I made two Lemon Sour Cream pies and they didn't go
over very well.  I guess my family just isn't too fond of Lemon.
I thought it was good but I had tons of it left over.

We had an Easter Egg hunt and the  kids had a ball.
Oh, don't I have the cutest grand babies?
I just love them all.

HAPPY SPRING!
(If it ever gets here)
