Grandpa Monk's 89th B'day. . .

On January 12th,

Grandpa Monk turned 89 years old!

We had a birthday bash for him at

Jerrica's house in Pocky on Saturday night.

So fun seeing everyone and visiting!

 This is what we gave Grandpa for his birthday.

His favorite things:

Pepsi

Snickers

& Peanuts

What else do you give a 89 year old?

 Jerrica made his a darling Builder Bob cake.

 I think he liked it!

in their home.

It was a beautiful day!

Brooke's family was here and they needed to 

leave that day so the blessing took place on

Saturday.

I was so proud to have a son, a worthy priesthood holder,

bless his son!

What a wonderful day.  

We feel so blessed to add Tyson to our family.

He is so loved!

We are excited to have one more grandson to 

carry on the Monk name.

So glad we could go up to the hospital and see this little bundle.

On Saturday, I want and spend about three hours.

He is just the sweetest little guy.  So precious.

Just warms my heart.  

I'm so proud to have such wonderful kids.

It was such a hard delivery and my heart just went out to 

our Brookie.  I love her so much and so in awe of her 

sacrifice for her family.  She is such a wonderful Mom, wife,

and daughter-in-law.  We couldn't ask for any better.

I consider her my daughter and love her just the same.  

Steven and Brooke sure make cute babies!
