Jackson Hole and the Elk Refuge

Last Saturday, January 17th, Wynn and I decided we
needed an adventure!
We decided to go to Jackson Hole.
It was a beautiful day.  It was such a beautiful
drive.  I love seeing the world all covered in
a blanket of white snow.
I love that we live in a place where the season's change.
So fun to just be together and relax.

We went on a sleigh ride at the Elk Refuge.
I loved how our guide educated us.  He
was very informative and I enjoyed all
he had to say.

After our fun sleigh ride, we went and walked
around Jackson Hole and then we had
dinner at Bubba's.  It was a great day!
A fun way to spend a cold, January day.
I scored when I got Wynn to be mine!

1st activity day of the year!

For activity day, we talked about setting goals and how to follow
through with them.
Each girl made a cute banner with their
goals written on them to hang in their room.
Oh, how I love these girls!

Papa Le's 90th birthday party. . .

On January 12th, Wynn's Dad turned 90 years old.
We all gathered at Terry's house in Pocatello and had
a party.

I just love Le!  He is the  most kind, loving and patient man I know.
He is doing so well for being 90 years old.  The only thing is
he can't hear very well.

So glad we could celebrate him on his birthday.

Also, Wynn's brother and sister-in-law,
Mike & Karen are leaving on their mission.
We celebrate them too.

A fun Saturday afternoon!

Tyson turns 1 year old!

Our youngest grandchild turned one on
January 3rd.  I can't believe he is already one
year old.  It seems like just  yesterday that
he was born.  Boy, has that kid brought
smiles into our family.
He is the happiest baby I have ever seen.
He warms my heart totally and completely.

We went sledding for Tyson's birthday.
So glad that Natalie, Sam, Hailey and Jenna
were still here to celebrate with us.

It was a cold afternoon but you wouldn't
of known it, the kids had a ball.

We then went to our house and had
pizza and cupcakes.

Just counting my blessings this day!
We have so much to be thankful for.
