Easter Sunday

We had a fun Easter Sunday.
We all attended our own wards and
then got together later that
afternoon.

We enjoyed good food!

 Natalie was the Easter Bunny.
She  hid all the eggs for
the kids to find.
 She even helped Jenna find
her eggs.
The kids love searching for eggs.
I think we should do this again sometime.

Our sweet little Jenna with her loot.
 Camden
 Emily

I juste love my sweet little family!

Easter Egg Hunt. . .

The Saturday before Easter Sunday,
I went with Brooke and the kids to
Ucon for the Annual Easter Egg Hunt.

I met the kids at their house.
Sam and Steven were putting in a
sprinkler system.
Boy, Cam sure liked the Bobcat.

WE got to the hunt just as it was starting.
The kids got lots of eggs filled with candy.
I think they had a blast!
 With all their loot.
Such a beautiful day.
a great day for egg hunting and
sprinkler installing.

Dying Easter Eggs at Grandma's. .

What a fun day I had today.
Brooke and I went up to the hospital and visited
our Aunt Pat.  She loved seeing the kids.  I loved how
Brookie took Tyson and put him in her arms.  I loved how
she just beamed.  I admire Brookie so much, she thinks of
things that I would never think of.  Aunt Pat loved it.

After that, we went home and decorated Easter Eggs.
It sure didn't take very long for the kids to dye 18 eggs.
This little activity went really quick.
I just love these guys, they are everything to me.
Just look at those sweet faces.

Isn't that the sweetest little face in the world.
We love you little Ty. . .

So today has been kind of a hard day.  Let me explain:
In the span of just a few days this is what has happened. . .

1)  Matt got married and is staying in Vegas
2)  Nat got accepted into grad school and is moving
to Portland, Oregon
3)  Sam accepted a job with the Koch Pipeline
and they will be moving back east like
really soon.

As you can tell, our life has totally be turned upside down.
I can't believe that we will go from having all our
kids right here close to just having Steve & Brooke here.
Boy, how thankful I am they aren't moving too.

What feelings I am  having.
Mostly, I am feeling so proud of my kids.
Isn't that what we raise them to do,
grow up and move on?

I guess on the up side,
we got a  new daughter-in-law!
Yah, we love you
Mrs. Kayla Monk.

Honeymoon. . .

This afternoon I got a text from Matt.
He asked if I knew this girl?
Well, of course I do.  She is from Wynn's ward.
She is serving a mission at the
Mormon Battalion place.
Funny how there is always
someone you know no matter
where you go.
So interesting!
(The kids are in San Diago, CA
on their honeymoon)

Sister Kylie McKee
We love you!

Vegas Wedding

Last weed we traveled to Vegas to attend Matt and Kayla's
wedding.  We had so much fun and as usual, my heart
is filled with gratitude for all my many blessings.
So thankful for the members of my family that
came to support Matt.  All my kids and their
families were there.  That was no easy task.
It's so hard to travel with kids and they all made it.
Made me so happy and so humbled.

Even my brother, his wife and my Mom came.
So grateful. . .

Following are just a few of some of my favorite people.
More pictures will follow when we get them from
the photographer.

My brother Mike and his bride Charissa.
Came from Bountiful, UT
 Jon and Michelle King
Matt taught Michelle on his mission and she was
baptized.  They were sealed in the temple just last
month.  They came from Tehatchapi, CA to be with us.
So happy they came.
(We just love them so much)
 Three of Matt's 8 groomsmen
Bridger, Mary & Austin, and Jarom
Brider and Jarom came from Provo and
Austin & Mary came from Rexburg.
 Brooke & Steve

 Hailey & Sam
 Jason & Katherine Wood
From Vegas
 here they come. . .
 Mom and Erica Reynolds.
Erica is from Vegas too.
Matt with all his nieces and nephews.
Oh, so cute. . .
 Natalie and Emily
At the reception there was a photo booth.
Here we are with Jerry and Shauna.
Kayla's Mom and Dad.

All the groomsmen at the wedding dinner.
And they are off. . .
Swimming at the hotel after the wedding and before the reception.
The kids had so much fun.

My heart is full.
Such a wonderful weekend.
I just keep counting my blessings.

Birdhouses for Spring

WE had so much fun painting birdhouses for our
Activity Day.
I just had to share our photo's.
Did I ever say that this is the best calling
in the church?
I love these girls so much.
Such a fun age.

The old Ethel Boyes is GONE

The school where all our kids went to Elementary school is almost
all gone.
I can't believe it but I sure like the new school.
Things change. . .
get over it!

Priceless. . .

Emily with our little Tyson.
Just priceless.  .   .

Nat's B'day

Just documenting snow on Natalie's birthday. . .

We had so much fun celebrating Nat's special day.
We had Chicken cordon Blue
mashed potatoes/gray
broccoli
Grandma Gneiting jello
hot rolls
juice
and mint oreo cupcakes for desset

I think Jenna had just as much fun as Natalie blowing out
the candles.

Kissing G.G. goodbye.

We sure missed Steven and his family and of course, Matt.

We love you Natalie and we feel so blessed having you in our family.
You make us complete.
You are always so selfless and you give so much of your time to your
nieces and nephews.  They know you love them unconditionally.
Thanks for all you do, you are priceless.
