It's great to be eight!

I can't believe Emily is eight years old.
She was the sweetest little baby and I simply
loved the Christmas she was born.
One of my favorite!

Today we celebrated all day long.
(My photo's are backwards)

Blowing out her candles on her birthday
pumpkin pie!
(a girl with good taste in desserts)
 We celebrated at Leo's
They were having some Christmas party.
I put the kid's names in a drawing and they
both won great prizes.
Emily won this princess doll.
 New birthday outfit.
 This is what Camden won!
Earlier in the day we visited the
Idaho Museum.
It was the Christmas display.

 My favorite nativity!

What a fun day we had celebrating
Em's birthday.
I can't wait for her baptism!

Christmas at the Lodge

We always have a blast getting together with Wynn's
family at Christmas time at the Lodge.
I am so glad we are still doing this.  It is the only
time all year that we get to see everyone.  Of
course, everyone can't come but the ones that
do have a great time.  Always good food
and a fun gift exchange.

 Matt, Jerrica's husband.
I just love this kid.
So fun to visit with and so personable.
 Fun games!

 Emily and Kinsley singing.
So cute!

 All the girls singing.
So fun getting to know cousins that you haven't seen in a long time.
Family is everything!
Steven and Tyson love their gift from
Grandma and Grandpa Monk.
Tyson loves fish!

Broken

The other day when I was out at Steven & Brooke's,
Emily hurt her ankle.  She had to have it wrapped
and then of course, Camden had to have his wrapped.
These two are just the cutest!
(glad it was a play broken ankle)

Can have a post without adding this darling picot of our
little Ty Baby.
He melts my heart.
COMPLETELY

Book club Christmas Party

Book Club Christmas party was at my house.
This is year #3 for me having it at my house.
I love it!
This year we did "My Favorite Things"
Everyone shared 10 of their favorite things and
then gave everyone a special gift that
related to their favorite things.
It was so much fun!
Natalie even got to join us this year again.
So special having her home.

Thanksgiving 2015

We were blessed to have Kayla and Elle come early for Thanksgiving this year.
They came the weekend before Thanksgiving and Matt flew in the
Wednesday before.  We loved having Elle and Kayla here.
I feel we really got to know each other better.
We simply loved it!

 Elle with Aunt Pat.

Kayla, Brooke and I even had a craft day.
This is what we made:
 Brooke's
 Kayla's

Elle loved playing in my bin of beanie babies.
